Ruth Carlson and Nima Dadash-Zadeh have been announced as the winners of the 2025 Future Transport Visions Group development programme.
Ruth, a traffic design engineer with Camden Council, and Nima, a lecturer at the University of Huddersfield, collaborated on a project exploring the relationship between car size and fatal collisions.
Ruth and Nima were one of five teams taking part in this season’s Future Transport Visions Group programme.
The Future Transport Visions Group is a volunteer-led programme funded by Rees Jeffreys Road Fund. This year five project teams took part, enabling emerging transport career professionals to undertake projects aligned to their interests, in collaboration with professionals from other organisations.
Congratulations Ruth and Nima, and a huge thanks to the team of volunteers without whom the Future Transport Visions Group would not be possible.
