From time to time we recruit new trustees as part of our ongoing succession planning to ensure that our Trustee Board has the appropriate range of technical knowledge and professional experience to enable the Fund to make sound decisions.
When recruiting trustees, consideration is given to ensuring the Trustee Board has an appropriate breadth and mix in terms of policy and delivery experience; technical knowledge in specific relevant areas; experience of both national and local government and geographical spread.
